		<description>Hello,

I am pleased to see this blog posting detailing four reasons taht more and more 50+ Boomers are starting their own businesses as their next career move.

We coach and guide hundreds of these individuals each year through our Ultimate Boomer Business Start-up Program and through our one-on-one coaching programs.

What we consistently find is that most 60+ Boomers are nowhere near ready to stop working altogether.

They just want to work differntly, specifically:

1. they want to do work they love every day.
2. They want to better balance their leisure lives and working lives and have more schedule flexibiility.
3. They find it attractive to create a new source of income ot supplement their earnings from retirement savings.

I am fond of pointing out in my public workshops that: &quot;the corporate world may not want to employ you after age 60, but they will certainly buy from you!&quot;

Keep up the good work with your Boomer blog - we will be adding a link to it to our extensive Boomer entrepreneur resources to be found at bizstarters.com
