		<description>Will - It depends on whether you will owe capital gains taxes on the sale of your existing funds and if so, on whether you will have other capital losses in 2009 to offset them.  If you will be selling at a net loss or close to break-even, then I can&#039;t think of a good reason not to do it.  Just be quick about getting out then back into the market if you think the current rally will continue. You don&#039;t want to be on the sideline too long with your Roth money sitting in cash.</description>
