		<description>The financial crisis creates an opening for low-cost, mid-size communities to attract retiring baby boomers from large cities.  Not everyone looks to retire to sunny Florida.  Most people choose to stay near their roots.  With 401k&#039;s in the tank, one of the few realistic strategies available to maintain a quality living standard in retirement is to relocate/downsize.  With this in mind, we created a website touting the benefits of retiring in Muskegon, Michigan.</description>
