Thanks for the inclusion of Workforce50.com in your list. One thing that must be noted, while we don't have 200,000 or 15,000 jobs posted we do not aggregate from other sites that have no interest in hiring from the over 50 workforce. While few, all of our job postings are from employers truly interested in hiring from the older talent pool

Take a look at Ageless in America. It is a comprehensive site for educating individuals and employers about the critical need for utilizing the experience of mature workers to ensure America's competitiveness.

Our site educates both the job seeker and the employer. We are well linked with several of the sites you've mentioned. For instance, I am the workforce policy advisor to AARP/California; my co-founder has a similar role in Arizona and we routinely contribute to Workforce 50, an excellent job board you mentioned.

While you're on our site, take a look at our newsletters (they are free) and our nationwide speaking schedule in the "events" section. Wind up by looking at our products, such as BOOM OR BUST, a career guide for mature workers and RETURN OF THE BOOMERS, a book that offers a clear glimpse or our economic future and a bold call to heroic leaders to take steps now to preserve America's competitiveness with the help of Boomers and beyond!
