		<description>I see you have mentioned Tallahassee elsewhere. There is also the rest of the Panhandle, and the northeast (Atlantic side) where I live.
While the real estate market has definitely taken a hit (a much-needed correction), there still is an influx of oldsters up here. 
For some people, Orlando is just too far away from the water.
I spent many, many years in Colorado (Boulder, Ft Collins, Denver.)
I don&#039;t plan on ever shoveling April snow again. ;)</description>

The top two cities on the list (5-10 yrs) where where younger worker headed for jobs in tech, and bio/pharm fields and that might account for the biggest jumps in the Population. 		<description>I see the definition of retirement changing to working less instead of not working altogether.  The status of our 401Ks may make working in our golden years a necessity.  That being said, it will still have to have good golfing weather!</description>
