Recently we found an adorable 105 year old bungalow we are spending weekends and evenings renovating together. We are having so much fun and have put a lot of our personality and likes in to the house. The location is in a beautiful, historical part of town and we have grown to enjoy being there. Now we are contemplating selling our beautiful home and moving into this little charmer! No house payment, much lower property taxes and since we have replumbed, rewired and put in new central air and heat, utilities could drop considerably as well. Now I have to figure out which pieces of my furniture I can live without!!!! We are excited about this new chapter in our life and look forward to more financial freedom to invest and enjoy!
